WHAT TO KNOW

We kindly ask you to arrive at Amaze 30 minutes before your timeslot. If you are too late, your timeslot will expire. No ticket refund possible.
As of the 25th of September 2021, visiting AMAZE Amsterdam will need a COVID-19 Certificate, with a negative test result, proof of vaccination or proof of recovery.
We love a fair share of light & laser, audio, explicit content and flashing images. This may cause discomfort and trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
Visitors are aware that current or future COVID government restrictions regarding event access (such as an entry test or vaccination certificate), do not entitle me to a refund.
Smoke is being used throughout this experience; this may cause discomfort.
Visitors who are unable to navigate their way through the museum independently are permitted to bring a companion with them for free.
Amaze advises a minimum age of 10+. Children in the range up to 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
We do not accept Museum Pass or ICOM members.
